John Bansavich is the Director of Instructional Technology and Training at the University of San Francisco (USF) since 1997, having received his doctorate in Learning and Instruction from the School of Education. He is also Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Computer Science. An early adopter of mobile technologies, he led several iPad initiatives, including the Mobile Learning Initiative at USF. He chaired the 2nd Biennial International Conference on iPads in Higher Education at USF in March 2016. He is currently serving as DET/CHE Immediate Past-President.
