After reviewing briefly what HPC means in Research Computing and how it works, I will share our journey from On-Premise HPC to Google Cloud, highlight key comparisons between them, and show how our current HPC systems work. Lastly, I will show how we have benefited from the Cloud HPC during the COVID-19 pandemic period.
