The economic impact created by COVID-19 has put downward pressure on non-discretionary spending areas like cybersecurity. With the continued evolution of threats and the increasing need for organizations to be cyber-resilient, it is expedient for Higher education institutions to leverage low-budget cybersecurity tools to keep protecting their organizations. While most tools out there can be expensive, open-source tools can save money and provide a solution that meets the organization security needs.
