When commercial products, backed by billions of data points, offer sophisticated recommendations and provide convenient mobile and desktop access, how can university IT teams provide services to meet user expectations? How can universities provide similar experiences on a smaller scale?

By uniting data across university systems using single, documented structure, Georgetown University was positioned to serve students quickly when COVID-19 arrived. This session will focus on how that structure was developed, how tools like Salesforce and Mulesoft helped us achieve that structure, and how it proved useful in the first weeks of the pandemic.
