As the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO), Matthew is responsible for facilitating the onboarding of all technology projects at Loyola Marymount University, along with oversight of large projects. As the PMO Director, he has established a robust project request process and project management methodology that’s enabled the university to propel forward with a track record of successful projects. Starting his career in programming, Matthew is able to bridge together a technical edge with a personable touch. For the past two years, he has been managing the campus-wide Workday Implementation project which is going live June 28, 2021. Matthew previously led the AJCU PPM SIG, and takes great pride in collaborating with his AJCU peers.
