Michael Cato is an accomplished technology executive who has spent over 20 years leading teams committed to using IT to support the teaching, learning, and research mission in Higher Education. His professional activities reflect a focus on developing leaders with an emphasis on the array of opportunities and challenges around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Michael has been honored with multiple national awards and teaches in IT leadership programs across the US and Australia. He has the honor of serving on a number of non-profit boards. Michael loves to learn, read, eat, occasionally cook, and starts most weekdays being humbled by a CrossFit workout. Michael is raising an awesome son with his partner and wife Heather.
